Open Dutch-decay lots across all groups — shut-down groups liquidating the leftover assets exits can't pay out, and live groups selling an asset their members voted on. Every lot starts at an absurd 100,000 ETH and halves on a fixed clock; committing at the current price freezes the descent and opens one fixed outbid round, then anyone can settle.
